Lifelong Learning and Service
Lutheran schools aim to inform people about the Christian message and encourage students to discover and develop their gifts so they may use them in lifelong learning and service.
Today the 45 Lutheran schools of South Australia, Northern Territory and Western
Australia are educating 14,500 students and employing 1300 staff.
The oldest continuing Lutheran school was established in 1839 and 8 had their
beginning in the nineteenth century. The number of Lutheran schools continues to
grow and 14 have commenced in the last 20 years.
